What you may not do
- No scraping or bulk extraction of the site’s pages, its API, or the datasets behind it, in whole or in substantial part.

Third-party data
Inputs are CBOE volatility indices and ETF prices from Yahoo Finance. Those datasets belong to their providers and are subject to those providers’ terms. The site claims no ownership of the raw data, only of the code and the analysis built on it.
No warranty, no advice
The site is an educational research project, provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to sell options or trade volatility. Selling volatility carries uncapped tail risk. Past performance does not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions.
